Useful Patient Information Websites

• Institute of Child Health/Great Ormond Street Hospital, London
  Helpful resource for a wide and diverse range of patient information leaflets. Includes information on some rare paediatric problems. A number of information sheets are available in other languages.
• Contact a Family
  Contact a Family is the only UK-wide charity providing advice, information and support to the parents of all disabled children - no matter what their disability or health condition. CAF also enable parents to get in contact with other families, both on a local and national basis.
• NHS Direct On-line
  The online version of NHS Direct provides a wide range of health information.
