There are some mandatory parts of this induction material. We will require you to complete, sign and date the downloadable sign-off form to state that you have read the following guidance from the trust:

• Chemotherapy Prescribing
• Safeguarding Recognition and Response
• Paediatric Prescribing
• Intravenous fluids in children
